These terms govern your use of Rulefy ("the app"), a Shopify app that provides a rules engine for cart validation, product discounts, and payment customization. By installing the app, you agree to these terms.
Rulefy allows Shopify merchants to create and manage checkout rules that run via Shopify Functions. Rules are configured through the app's admin interface and executed by Shopify at checkout time.
Rulefy is accessed through your Shopify admin. Authentication is handled by Shopify's OAuth system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.

We strive to keep Rulefy available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Rule execution depends on Shopify Functions infrastructure, which is managed by Shopify. We are not responsible for downtime caused by Shopify platform issues.
Your use of Rulefy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to the data practices described therein.
Rulefy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost revenue from misconfigured rules, failed discounts, or blocked checkout flows.
Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Rulefy at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via the Shopify app listing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
